GERTC follows a carefully designed review methodology that promotes gradual, consistent growth across all CELE subjects. Instead of separating lessons immediately into MSTC, HPGE, and PSAD, the review begins with the core engineering fundamentals common to all three areas. As students strengthen their foundation, the topics progressively become more advanced, specialized, and board-exam oriented. This structured progression helps students develop understanding more naturally while building confidence step by step throughout the review.

To reinforce learning, GERTC also conducts regular weekly assessments and examinations designed to maintain discipline, consistency, and continuous improvement. After every exam, students receive detailed performance statistics and analytics that allow them to objectively monitor their standing, track their progress, and identify subjects or topics that require further improvement. This data-driven approach helps students study smarter and stay focused on areas that matter most for the board exam.
